1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Brewwwww! ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Brewwwww! is a personal coffee journey tracker that allows you to:

• Record your daily coffee and beverage consumption
• Track visited coffee shops with a passport-style stamp collection
• View your coffee history on a calendar
• Explore visited locations on a map

3. User Accounts

The App does not require account registration. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create within the App, including photos, drink records, and profile information. By using the App, you grant us no rights to your content. All your content stays on your device and your personal iCloud account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
